Hi, I’m Kendra.
or as my nephews call me, Coach KK
I’ve been running for over 18 years, racing everything from shorter distances to more than 40 marathons and ultra distances. Before that, I was a classically trained ballerina, so movement, discipline, and athleticism have always been part of my foundation.
Running, though, changed everything.
It became more than a sport, it became structure, clarity, and something I could return to in every season of life. Over time, it shaped not just how I train, but how I live.
I’ve been sober since 2013, and that experience has deeply influenced how I show up today. I actively sponsor women in a twelve-step program, and service to others is not something I do on the side, it’s the foundation of my life. Coaching is a natural extension of that.
I am a UESCA certified endurance coach and have spent the past decade studying health, nutrition, and longevity. I care deeply about how we train, not just for performance, but for strength, sustainability, and long-term well-being.
I’m on what I like to call the “live forever plan” in the sense that there is simply not enough time in one life to experience everything we’re capable of and I want to be active, healthy and feel good as long as I possibly can. Becoming the best, healthiest version of myself is the standard I hold, and it’s the same intention I bring to the athletes I work with.
Running has been one of the most powerful forces in my life, something that continues to challenge me, ground me, and expand what I believe is possible.
If I have the opportunity to share that with you, to help you build something stronger, more intentional, and more aligned, that is what matters to me.
