18+ years of running, from shorter distances to over 40 marathons and ultra races, has shaped not just how I train, but how I live.
As a UESCA certified coach, I focus on building strength, structure, and long-term sustainability. Coaching, for me, is an extension of something deeper: a commitment to growth, discipline, and showing up fully, both in sport and in life.
